The Consortium members make a concerted effort to promote multiculturalism in Iowa. These recruitment efforts include participation in national diversity career fairs and professional associations. The Consortium also supports community multicultural professional networking sessions and the development of community multicultural guides in effort to help people establish lasting connections in their community and in Iowa.
