in Iowa. Based on a business consulting model, engagements can be short term, discrete
projects, or potentially continue as full time career employment opportunities.
Consultants should have extensive experience working with one or more of these industry
groups.

- Technical operations management
- Business development / strategic partnerships / joint ventures /
mergers / acquisitions
- Creation of product distribution channels / execution of sales strategy
- Financial management for series A, B, venture funding and initial
public offerings
Management consultants are independent contractors and all engagements and financial
arrangements including pricing, contracting, invoicing, payment, and collection,
are strictly between the consultant and company.
